When should I RSVP by?

We are very excited to welcome you all and working tirelessly with our vendors to work on final numbers. It is a work-in-progress on the final date

When should we arrive at the venue?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue roughly30-45 minutes before as there will be a shuttle to take people up the courtyard and the shuttle will stop running 15 minutes before the ceremony begins :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Question
What is the photo situation? Can I post on social media? Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Lee and I have spent a lot of time and money on getting amazing photographers. To make their lives easier and to get the best photos possible, please refrain from using your cellular devices during the ceremony. As far as photos posted on social media, please use your best judgement. We will be sharing photos with everyone and on social media when we get them back as well...

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, Lee & I have decided it will be a formal event (no jeans). With New England weather being New England Weather, it could either be 80+ degrees or it could be snowing. Good News, the tent will be either air-conditioned or heated (fear not!). Ladies do yourself a favor and wear longer dresses as it tends to get chilly at night and towards the fall :)

Registry is currently in the works and will be completed within a few months. Our primary focus was to get the website up and running :) So stay tuned!

If we want to send wedding gifts (in advance), where would we send it?

Can I bring an additional guest?
Answer
Due to budgetary and venue restraints we are limited in the number of people we can have attend. Each invitation that will be sent has the number we are expecting for your party. Please let us know if you need more than yourself of a guest, we will be taking those on a case-by-case basis.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to budget restraints and ease of our bartenders, we can not accommodate anyone under the age of 21. If you have children (or adult children) under the age of 21 that limit you from attending, please let Lee or I know and we will do our best to assist so that you can attend (finding a sitter, connecting you virtually, etc.)!

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
YES! Please do so as soon as possible so we can let the vendor know and work on a plan for you to enjoy the night as well (hopefully not in an ER ;) )! If it is a dietary restriction, we will do our best to accommodate any and all restrictions, however preferences may not be accommodated depending on the caterer.

What's the bar situation (open, cash, no alcohol)?
Answer
Definitely Alcohol! Open or cash is still TBD as we are currently going over budgets and costs of having an open bar or cash or something in between.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at the venue. On the day of the event, there will be parking attendants guiding people to park at the base of the hill to the castle. There will be a trolley taking people up and down from the courtyard throughout the event. If you need handicap accessible parking, please let us know as we have room for handicap parking in the courtyard (we just need to know).

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No... There's is a strict alcohol policy at the venue.
