Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center

This is where we will be having our Welcome Party and where our discounted hotel block is located. The hotel block discount code will expire on November 14th. Hotel Madison is located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, which is about 20 minutes away from our venue. Please use the link provided to book your stay, it has the discount code already plugged in. Please note, JMU's winter graduation is the same weekend so please make plans sooner rather than later!

Shuttle

Shuttle to and from Bluestone Vineyard

October 5, 2023 2:45 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle bus will be provided for safe transportation to and from the venue. The shuttle will leave Hotel Madison promptly at 3 pm, so please be in the lobby at 2:45. The shuttle is available to any wedding guests, parking is available at Hotel Madison for non-hotel guests if needed. The shuttle will leave the venue at the conclusion of the reception at 10 pm, making a stop at Billy Jack's for our after party for those who'd like to join, before returning to Hotel Madison.
