Ceremony Shuttle Service

Shuttles will arrive at the hotels listed below between 4:45-5pm and will leave for the Hunter Museum at 5:20. SHUTTLE A : departs from the Westin for guests staying at the Westin, Hotel Bo, and the Read House SHUTTLE B: departs from the DoubleTree for guests staying at the DoubleTree, Hotel Indigo, and Hampton Inn *if the first shuttles are full, the shuttles will return for remaining guests.

Reception Shuttle Service

Shuttles are available to take from the Reception to the following hotels beginning at 9pm and every 30 mins until 11:30: First Stop: The Hampton Inn for guests staying at the Hampton Inn, DoubleTree, and Hotel Indigo Second Stop: The Westin for guests staying at The Westin, The Read House, and Hotel Bo The shuttle will return to the Hunter Museum and run this loop every 30 min.
