Marko and Katherine's love story began in 2012 during their time at Baylor High School in Chattanooga. Marko, a new boarder, had the chance to meet one of Katherine's closest friends during move-in. This friend saw something special between them and couldn't wait to introduce them. On a rainy day, their friend finally made the introduction as Marko and Katherine walked to tennis practice. Marko, being the gentleman he is, held Katherine's umbrella as they chatted and laughed their way to the courts. It was an instant connection, and they began dating for the rest of their sophomore year. Throughout their remaining high school years, Marko and Katherine maintained a strong friendship. However, college took them on different paths, with Katherine attending The University of Georgia and Marko heading to Pomona College in California. But their story didn't end there! Fate brought them back together at Baylor's five-year reunion in 2019, where they discovered they both lived in New York. Marko wasted no time in asking Katherine out, reigniting their relationship.
