Arriving by Plane

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is the closest major airport to Cedar Lakes Estate, followed by LaGuardia (LGA). Kennedy (JFK) is another option, but is considerably further away from Cedar Lakes. Stewart International Airport (SWF) is 35 miles away, but may have more limited options. From the airports, train and rental car are the best options to reach Cedar Lakes.

Arriving by Train

To Cedar Lakes Estate: From Penn Station take New Jersey Transit line to Secaucus Station. Switch trains and take the Main/Bergen-Port Jervis Line to the Port Jervis Station. From Newark Airport take the Penn Station bound NJ transit train to Secaucus station and switch trains to the Main/Bergen-Port Jervis Line. From JFK Airport take AirTrain to the Jamaica Station and transfer to either a Penn Station bound LIRR train or a Manhattan bound E subway train to Penn Station. From LGA Airport take the M60 bus to St. Nicholas Ave and transfer to a downtown A train to Penn Station, or the Q70 bus to Jackson Hts and transfer to a Manhattan bound E train to Penn Station. Arriving by Car

Cedar Lakes Estate is just under two hours from Manhattan by car. There will be plenty of parking at Cedar Lakes Estate for anyone driving, including valet parking. Enter "1 Team USA Way, Port Jervis, NY 12271" into your GPS hardware or navigational app of choice for driving directions. For rental cars Enterprise, Avis, Budget, Hertz and Zipcar are all commonly found at NY area airports and various locations around the city.

Staying at Cedar Lakes

We suggest that all guests stay with us at Cedar Lakes Estate so you don't miss out on any of the fun! We have set aside a selection of boutique accommodations for family and we will contact you separately to confirm your room and rate. For all other guests you have the option of staying in a super cool luxury cabin which sleeps 4-8 (with some larger cabins sleeping 12 plus a living space). Return to your camp roots with the fanciest cabins you have ever seen. Classic camp-style single beds with Casper mattresses and Pendleton bedding are featured in these freshly renovated cabins, which have beautiful new bathrooms, separate glass shower room, heat/air conditioning, fresh towels, linens, and toiletries. Pristine communal bathhouses are located in each village of cabins if additional showers and bathrooms are needed. Photos are shown at the bottom of 'Photos' page. Where to Stay Before or After the Wedding

If you are traveling a long way understandably you'll want to experience all that the east cost has to offer. Check out our 'Things to Do' page for some ideas of sights to see and fun places to visit while in town for the wedding. You can also find great places on AirBnb and Vrbo with a bit of digging. If you are planning to extend your stay, whether it be in NYC or further afar, we recommend booking in advance as last minute accommodations will be pricey and less desirable. If you're looking to explore outside the city feel free to reach out for recommendations on destination towns and places to stay.

Feel free to rent private accommodation however you will be responsible for your own transport to and from Cedar Lakes. If you are going this route please ensure a member of your party is the designated driver or a taxi service is secured in advance.
