Where do we RSVP?

Answer

Please be sure to fill out the URL on your smart phone or laptop. This will be found on your wedding invitation sent via US mail. Please complete before the 20th of October so we may retrieve a proper head count for our wedding. Thank you!

Where is the itinerary for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Hello and thank you for traveling to be with us this weekend! Please find the itinerary in your welcome bag in your hotel room.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be at the artistically charming event venue, Spaces. Located at 189 East Main Street, Belleville, IL, 62220.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and less than 30 minutes long. There will be outdoor heaters pending weather, as well as blankets offered to all guests. Please plan accordingly. The reception will be inside. Guests are free to roam the venue's art space, inside and outside as they wish.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event. Hire a babysitter and come have some drinks with us for a well deserved night out.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Arrive anytime after 3 pm. The ceremony will be starting at 4 pm sharp! Enjoy the captivating music before the ceremony.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will have a social media ring moving about the night which will be posting on social media. If you feel the need to post, we request you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag (#Bowlin4Bairs) so we can keep track of all of the pictures.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle provided by the bride and groom from the hotel to the event space and back to the hotel. This will run from 2 pm until 11 pm. The reception ends at 11 pm. Please be safe and do NOT drink and drive!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you.

Question

Can we climb the spiral staircase outside or the stairs to the DJ booth inside?

Answer

As much fun as this sounds, we unfortunately can not accommodate. We care about your safety and this will be a no stairs climbing event. We would like everyone to go home in one piece and preferably not in an ambulance. Enjoy!
