A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony, and then the ceremony to reception. At the end of the night, there will be a shuttle from the reception venue back to the hotel. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: From the hotel to the ceremony: 2:45 PM - Shuttle departs The Depot hotel from the Winter Garden 3:15 PM - Second shuttle departs The Depot hotel from the Winter Garden From the ceremony to the reception: 4:00 PM - First shuttle departs the ceremony for the reception + cocktail hour 4:30 PM - Second shuttle departs the ceremony for the reception + cocktail hour From the reception to the hotel: 9:30 PM - early bird shuttle back to hotel 10:30 PM - second shuttle back to hotel 11:15 PM - final shuttle of the night back to hotel
