What will the weather be like?
Answer
The NC mountains in October can be pretty unpredictable. While the highs can be in the 70s, the lows can be in the 30s-40s. Make sure to check the weather app before coming to pack appropriately.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony location will have a roof, but no walls, heat, or A/C. The reception area will be indoors, with outdoor availability depending on the weather.

What should I do about accommodations?
Answer
We have already reserved the entire property for our wedding weekend, so room assignment and payment will go through us. Once you let us know you’re attending, we will assign rooms in cabins to honor family/friend relationships and to maximize occupancy. There are 11 cabins which offer a total of 23 separate bedrooms which have king- and queen-sized beds. Cabins are fully stocked with essentials just like a hotel so there is nothing extra to pack, but there is no daily maid service. Check-in is noon on Saturday, October 26, 2024 and check-out is noon on Monday, October 28, 2024. Unfortunately there are not enough rooms on property for everyone and you should have received either an insert or more information from us once you indicated you were attending. Will there be parking?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception venues have a large parking lot.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
While there is no strict dress code, semi-formal is preferred.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony venue opens to us at 4:00 pm. Please leave ample time to get to the location as the road goes up high elevation and has many mountain turns. We also encourage coming early for great mountain pictures!

Am I allowed to take pictures?
Answer
Yes! All pictures are highly encouraged and we’d be grateful if you shared them with us! We picked our locations to show off the beautiful town of Brevard.
Question
Will there be a shuttle to the ceremony/reception?
Answer
We will not have a shuttle to the ceremony. We are currently looking into shuttle service from the reception. Please check back soon!
Question
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation. All names of attendees should have been listed on the envelope. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
