What is the timeline for the big day?

We will be posting a final schedule with specific details about the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception closer to the event. Keep an eye out on the tab labeled "Schedule" for all the information you need!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dress up, but please wear what you feel most comfortable and confident in! The official dress code is formal. For men, this means suit and tie; for women, either full length or cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting) will take place outdoors, on grass, so please wear appropriate footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony so we can get the party started on time! Castle Hill has a beautiful lawn overlooking the water with a fully stocked bar, open to the public, for those of you who would like to arrive even sooner! Please keep in mind June is peak tourist season in Newport and there will be a lot of traffic getting to the event.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Castle Hill will be providing valet parking for all wedding guests and cars can be left overnight if you take advantage of the open bar 😏

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate additional guests. All invited guests will be listed on the formal wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us and enjoy the evening.
