Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are on 2 different dates. The ceremony will be held on Oct. 6, 2022 in Ruidoso, New Mexico overlooking the Sierra Blanca mountain range. We will be flying back the next day in order to celebrate our reception with you on Oct. 8, 2022 in Gruene, Texas at The Villa at Gruene.

Where should I park?

Answer

The Villa at Gruene has a large parking lot available next to it as well as additional parking directly across the street.

Will your reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The Villa at Gruene has a great mix of both. The bar is located indoors as where we will be eating and we will dance the night away outdoors!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see our family & friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal for our evening. For ladies, a dress/pants below the knee or floor length. For gentlemen, a suit or blazer. For everyone: You can wear any color you'd like, but we kindly request you do not wear white or any similar color (Red wine will be thrown on it. No apologies.) Also, no jeans, please!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The reception will begin at 6 P.M. CST. From there we will start celebrating everything a normal wedding day reception includes: first dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.

Answer

As most of you know, Nate & I are ballin' on a budget which means we will have to cap our bar tab. There will be pre-selected wedding drinks to choose from. If you choose to go outside our recommendations, they will be on your own dime. After we've reached the cap, all drinks are on you.
