It was your classic meet-cute. Two relocated, former Tri-Staters walked into a quaint little New England coffee shop and yup, you guessed it, bumped into each other and spilled “caw-fee” everywhere. Nope- it’s not a Hallmark movie. It’s how Peter Lukowiak and Madison Mangels first met. Similar accents gave away that the two were both from the greater New York Tri-State area and numbers were exchanged with promises to kvetch over a cup of joe. After a first date that ended with being the last patrons in the restaurant at closing time, they’ve been together ever since! From New Hampshire to the DMV area to their new home in North Carolina, Madison and Peter have built a beautiful life with their pup Daisy and are so excited to blend their families together by officially tying the knot!
