    FAQs

FAQs

If you have any other questions than what I've listed here, please reach out to my mother at palejos@classicvacations.com for all travel related inquiries. You can reach me at (707) 228-6651 for all other questions.
Question

Can I Stay At Another Resort?

Answer

NO. If you want to attend the wedding, you must be a guest at the Garza Blanca Preserve. This includes Garza Blanca's three main towers & Hotel Mousai. However, if guests wish to extend their stay at another resort, they are more than welcome to do so & my mother will assist with those arrangements as well.

Question

How Do I Book?

Answer

All things travel will be handled by my mother, Patti, who works in travel. In order to attend, you must book through her. She will take care of your flight, resort stay, & transfer. Her direct email is palejos@classicvacations.com

Question

Will There Be a Payment Plan?

Answer

Yes, a payment plan can be set up by my mother for your stay at Garza Blanca. It just must be paid off in full two weeks before departure.

Question

Is there transportation to & from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the main lobby to the ceremony.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 1st, 2020.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Mexico in June is hot, so I suggest nothing heavy. Summer dresses for women & button downs for men.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Your little ones are more than welcome if your invitation is addressed to your family. (example: The Smith Family)

Question

When Should I Plan On Arriving to Garza Blanca?

Answer

The wedding will take place on Saturday, June 19th, 2021. We request guests leave a buffer day between arrivals & our wedding to give everyone time to unwind & allow for any last-minute travel changes. Ideally we envision all our guests arrive on or before the afternoon of Friday, June 18th, 2021. We are asking for full guest attendance at the rehearsal dinner that evening. For those interested, I plan to arrive on Thursday. June 17th, 2021.

Question

What if I Don't Have a Passport?

Answer

If you do not have a passport & would like to attend the wedding, you need to apply for one as quickly as possible. Due to COVID19, passport operations are backed up & it's better to apply early to be safe rather than sorry. Same goes for if your passport needs to be renewed before departure- please do that as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives in time.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All single guests are more than welcome to bring a plus one. If you are invited as a couple, you are not allowed any additional guests. (example: if your invite says "Aunt & Uncle" then no additional guests are allowed, not even the cousins, distant cousins, great aunt twice removed, you get where I'm going with this.)
