A note about our venue

Answer

Aster House is a new restaurant and may not show up on your online map. When navigating, we recommend entering the address (25 SE Main Street, Minneapolis, MN 55414) rather than the name. Please note Aster House is NOT the same as Aster Cafe! They are sister properties along the same street but are two separate venues.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! Please check the "travel" section for a list of hotels near our venue.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids, but our wedding will be an adults only event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests dress in formal attire. Dress your best, be bold, and have fun! No jeans or khakis, please. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Please note that parts of the outdoor space have cobblestone sidewalks.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The names and number of guests will be indicated when you RSVP. Space is limited at our venue, and we appreciate your understanding if we weren't able to provide you with a guest.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Limited, metered street parking is available on and around Main Street. There is a parking garage located a few blocks northeast of the venue at 201 Second Street SE. If you plan to take advantage of the open bar, we always recommend Uber or Lyft.
