For anyone who may be in need of a hotel room the weekend of the wedding, you can book here! There are multiple room types to choose from, so you can be accommodated as needed! Just call and let them know you are in town for the Ford wedding, and they will get everything set for you! Please note that after July 27th, blocked rooms will no longer be reserved for our party. Be sure to book before that if you need one!

Shuttle

Shuttle services will be available before and after the event, on the following timeline. There are 2 options for getting to the venue for the evening, depending on your invitation. If you received an invite for the ceremony, pickup will be at the Best Western Inn in DeKalb IL at 4:15pm and will arrive onsite at 4:45pm. This is the only shuttle for the ceremony, and is reserved for those that were invited to this intimate part of the evening. If you received only a reception invitation (or don't wish to join for the ceremony), the shuttle will be back to do another pick up at 5:15pm and you will arrive onsite at 5:45pm for the start of cocktail hour. Shuttle will resume return transportation back to the hotel, leaving the venue at 9:30pm, 10:45pm, and last ride at 12am. At the end of the night, if anyone drove to the venue and has a little too much fun 😉 feel free to utilize the shuttle back to the hotel. Your car can stay overnight at The Mora Farm but MUST be picked up by 9am the following morning (Sunday)— there is no transportation in place for this, so we just ask you plan accordingly!
