While stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C it was easy for me to assimilate to the area because my brother was from neighboring Bowie, Maryland. Mike and his wife Buchee were such a help for me during my transition from country to city.

During my visit coach Jones paired me with Chris "Short Dog" Jones Short was my campus guide and the friendship began. When I tell you that me and Short have experienced a lot as both friends and members of the greatest fraternity in the world Omega Psi Phi. Short is my brother and friend.

See my parents and Randy's parents are friends as well so we've been around each other all our lives.

Me and BJ like Randy have been friends since we were young. Every weekend every day we played basketball all around our city and even in other cities. We named ourselves LW3 for Lethal Weapon 3 we literally played from sun up to sun down. Brian and I were brothers then and now he's always been a big brother to me which isn't easy because I never listen lol.

Not knowing what to expect from a son of the woman I fell in love with was a little nerve wrecking but we hit it off from day one. Lil Des is the son of Desmond Sr. and is the youngest son of our clan my twin. Desmond and I are two of the same I see my self in him everytime I look at him. I'm so proud of that words can't begin to explain. Since he was a little boy I've been his fan and he mine. Des has always been outgoing and energetic wanting the best out of life and not being afaird to go get it. We share a bound that's unbreakable I'll never forget all the moments we've shared thanks Desmond for pushing me to be a better me and a better father.

While those days at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C are long gone 17 years to be exact whenever we've had the chance to reconnect it's like we never left Wally World!!! Chilly Chill is what I call him my brother from another mother.
