For out-of-town guests, we have the following block of rooms available (Thu 9/26, checkout on Sun 9/29): Classic Queen (5 available), $145/night Deluxe Queen (1 available), $160/night Deluxe King (3 available), $170/night Premier 2 Queen (1 available, $210/night To make your reservation, call the hotel and use block code 1110. Once your reservation is made, please let us know so we can update this list! More details: 50% of unreserved rooms will be released 60 days prior to the arrival date (July 28, 2024) Any remaining room that has not been reserved will be released 30 days prior to arrival (August 27, 2024). Guests will still be able to call and reserve rooms after all rooms have been released however, they are subject to hotel availability. Check in time is 3:00PM. Check out time is 11:00AM. The individual specifically registered at check in must be 21 years of age. Any credit card presented at check in must be of that registered guest. Should your guest need to cancel, they will need to notify The Plaza Hotel 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s lodging and tax which will be charged to the individuals credit card. Should a guest not show for a reservation, they will be charged a penalty equal to one night’s lodging and tax which will be charged to the individuals credit card on file. Parking will be available for one vehicle per room per evening. Pricing for parking is $15 per vehicle per evening which will be added to the reservation at check in if the guest will be using The Plaza Hotel’s parking.
