Check-In: Friday, October 4, 2024 | Check-Out: Sunday, October 6, 2024 We have a block of 50 rooms here for both Friday night and Saturday night. The check in is 4:00 PM. Reservations will have to be made over the phone and reference you are with the Ebel/Umland wedding to receive the 10% off the room rate. The cut off for the wedding block room reservations will be 09/06/24. In addition, there are 15 RV/Camper sites available to rent for anyone that would like to take advantage of that option. There are spots with an asphalt pad, water, and electric hookups or more rustic with a gravel pad and no electric or water. Asphalt sites are $27/night and gravel sites are $17/night. There is a $5 discount if you get one of the free players cards from the casino. However, we do not have a wedding block hold on these spots. They are first come, first served. Shuttle
October 5, 2024 2:00 pm - 11:30 pm
The big yellow school bus :) A bus shuttle will be provided to all guests to get to and from the venue and hotel. There will be a shuttle before the ceremony bringing guests to the venue from the hotel. The shuttle will show up at the hotel at 2:00 pm for the first trip back to the venue. The shuttle will be back to the hotel around 2:30 pm for the second and final trip back to the venue for the ceremony. Due to the later hotel check-in time, there will be one shuttle going back to the hotel after the ceremony for those of you that will need to get checked into the hotel. That shuttle will wait and be going back to the venue for the rest of cocktail hour and dinner. There will be one shuttle going back to the hotel a little earlier in the night after dinner. The rest of the shuttle trips will be at the end of the night after the dance. If you are not using the shuttle, please plan a sober ride. We want all of our family and friend to stay safe!
