The ceremony will begin at 3:30 on Saturday. Chair rows will be placed 6 feet apart. Although there should be enough chairs to leave a couple chairs between guests, we strongly encourage people to sit next to those who they have been interacting on a normal basis. We also would like to encourage guests to wear masks when maintaining 6 feet of personal space is difficult. There will be masks provided but due to the limited number of masks we could get our hands on, more masks will be provided at the reception. Additionally, there will be chairs placed farther away from the main lawn area so that those who are uncomfortable can enjoy the event on their own accord.

The reception begins at 6pm. MadTree will let guests into the event space promptly at 6pm but no earlier, so we encourage guests to arrive at MadTree near 6. Feel free to check into the hotel, explore Ault Park or other Hamilton County Parks, or grab a table at MadTree’s taproom although space may be limited. Masks are required when not seated and will provided at the door. We look forward to celebrating with you all! The shuttle to and from the hotel will begin leaving the hotel at 5:30 and end at 6:30. At the end of the night, the shuttle will run from 9:30 until 11:30. Masks will also be required when riding the shuttle.
