What to Do, Eat, & Drink!

Below are activity, restaurant, and aperitivo recommendations in the area. Laglio, the town where we are getting married, is quiet and not focused around tourism. We highly suggest a trip to Bellagio, or Varenna, to experience livelier parts of the lake. A boat tour is a must do during your stay. We've provided four companies that are accessible from the recommended hotels, but the concierge at both properties can also help arrange these tours for you. The restaurants featured below are located from Cernobbio to Laglio and are either walking distance, or a short cab drive, away. There are also amazing onsite hotel restaurants! It's important to note cabs must be called by the hotel, restaurant, or yourself. It is illegal to flag one down in Italy. itTAXI is a life saver! Think of it as Uber for Taxis (schedule, pay, confirm) in the app. Another thing to remember - most restaurants close from 2:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. Keep this in mind as late lunches/early dinners are not possible.
