WEDDING WEEK/WEEKEND

Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend. Everything planned will take place on site at Sunset Pueblo Bonito. We can't wait to celebrate with you! *Although we love kids, we cannot accommodate them for our wedding. We hope you understand. ITINERARY 10/11/2023 REHERSAL DINNER For the wedding party (you know who you are) Details to follow 10/12/2023 REHERSAL 10am 10/12/2023 WELCOME PARTY BONFIRE Time TBD We will be hosting a welcome party for all our guests who would like to attend. Pre dinner casual bonfire on the beach at the hotel with, drinks, appetizers music and mingling. Come meet some of your weekend and maybe new lifelong friends. 10/13/2023 WEDDING DAY Ceremony: Lovers Meadow 4:30pm Reception: Sky pool 5:30pm-12am 10/14/2023 SUNSET CRUISE Come join us on Saturday, the day after the wedding forr an event. Information to come. RSVP will be required

Welcome Bonfire

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Come mingle by the bonfire at sunset with some appetizers and cocktails on the beach. This event will be from 5:30 to 7:30, leaving you plenty of time to head off to dinner after and enjoy your night.

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Lovers Meadow

Wedding Cocktail Hour and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Sky Pool

After our ceremony there will be golf carts to shuttle people up to The Sky Pool. There will be a 1 hour cocktail hour from 5pm-6pm. The reception will begin at 6pm with a plated meal of your choice.

Sunset Cruise

4:00 pm - 7:30 pm

We hope to have a sunset cruise the day after the wedding. Due to the max capacity allowance (120) we need to get an accurate number that does not exceed the 120. That being said, when RSVPing for the wedding, please also ensure you RSVP for the sunset cruise as well so we can get a proper headcount to see if this will be an option for all of us or if we need to come up with another plan for our guests. Details for the sunset cruise if trying to make a decision include: 4pm pick up at Sunset Pueblo Bonito 5pm-7:30pm Sunset Cruise This includes an open bar, lots of appetizers/snacks and music. It includes transportation back to Sunset as well.
