Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is a RSVP card included in the formal wedding invitation. Please return the RSVP card via mail (postage prepaid) as soon as possible.

Question

What should I do if I can not make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you! If one of your listed guests cannot attend, please do not substitute another person as a guest.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We are pairing with a local hotel, Springhill Suites to provide a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Please go to the Travel tab of our website to book a room. You are also welcome to stay at another nearby hotel that better suits your needs. If hotels are not your vibe, Paso Robles offers a variety of gorgeous and unique Airbnb options that you can look into!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! All wedding guests should use the shuttle transportation to and from our venue. It will pick up at the Springhill Suites (where our hotel block is). If you miss the shuttle, you will need to Uber to the venue. You can not drive in and park at the venue!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

All cars must be parked at the designated "pick up location" given by our shuttle company. This will be the Springhill Suites. There is no parking allowed at our venue site for guests.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location! The reception will be just a small pathway away from our ceremony space. They are both OUTDOORS! So plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our loved ones dress up to celebrate with us! We ask that all guests adhere to a semi-formal dress code. No jeans, shorts, or casual attire. Wear any color you would like, but we kindly ask that you avoid traditional bridal colors- whites, ivories, or creams.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

BEAUTIFUL, thankfully! The weather is looking to be in the mid 80s in the afternoon and go down to the 60s in the evening. I would bring a light sweater or wrap for the evening in case it gets breezy for the reception!

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our colors are a beautiful blend of greens and blues, with some deeper fall tones. Expect to see a lot of sage green, dusty blue, navy, and touches of rust and gold.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love little ones! However, due to a limited guest list, we are only inviting kids of immediate family members. If your children are invited, they will be listed on your official invitation. If they are not, we ask that you find alternative childcare for the evening! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have addressed the save the dates/invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a "plus one", they will appear on the invitation and with your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you RSVP for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests that are formally listed on your wedding invitation. We do not allow any substitutions if a listed guest cannot attend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will not be doing a traditional plated formal dinner and will instead be celebrating with a taco bar with a wide variety of options for all guests to customize their dish. We will also have a lot of delicious appetizers and of course chips and salsa, so no need to fill up before the wedding!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style with choices that will suit a variety of diets/allergies. There will be gluten free and vegetarian options. Please contact us about any other severe allergies or restrictions and we can see what adjustments can be made.
