When should I RSVP by?

July 2, 2024; you may RSVP online now via our website. Please also look out for a formal invitation in the mail.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for a timely start. We will provide pre-ceremony refreshments for your enjoyment.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Formal. We ask that men wear a suit and tie and women wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors. Our reception will be held indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adults-only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be valet available at the reception and ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are no shuttles or scheduled transportation. The Shoreby Club is a 10 minute drive from downtown and we encourage you to Uber/Lyft if you will be partaking in adult beverages. If you choose to drive, valet will be available on the premises.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and then a reception celebration. All three events will be held at the same venue.
