Please plan to respond before May 18, 2024.
We would love for our event to feel absolutely magical, so we ask that you put forth your best effort for our big day. Attire will be Black Tie Optional: dark suits, floor length gowns, formal two-pieces, etc.
For those attending the rehearsal dinner or welcome reception Friday evening, we ask that you adhere to cocktail attire. For men, suit jackets with no tie or dress shirt and pants. For women, cocktail style dresses are preferred.
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time as listed on your invitation. Guests are asked to be seated and ready before that time. If any guests arrive later than 4:30p, we ask that they wait in the side courtyard as to not disrupt the ceremony.
A shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel, but if you choose to drive, limited parking will be available on the street or at First Baptist church across the street - 901 Fairmont Avenue.
Your invitation will include all guests asked to attend. It will either indicate a specific person or a “guest.” We have worked very hard to make sure we include the people who are most important to us in our special day.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the event.
We're looking forward to celebrating with you on our big day. Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you're looking for wedding gift ideas, please see the registry tab on our Wedding Website. Please consider our honeymoon fund as top priority, as we can’t wait to see the world together as husband and wife! If you’d prefer to gift something tangible, we do have a few items listed to complete our home. We love and appreciate each and every one of you!
