What is the latest I can book a hotel in the room block?

Answer

You can book a hotel in any of our room blocks until Oct. 2nd, 2019. After that the room block closes and prices are subject to change.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the reception venue?

Answer

The reception is just a 9 minute walk from the hotels to the reception venue, so we don't have transportation arranged. An Uber or Lyft ride is $5 each way, which is likely the most cost effective if you need a ride. Or, there is street parking if you prefer to drive.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest", then yes. If not, we would prefer it if was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all kids, but if your children are not listed on the RSVP page under your name, please do not bring them along to the reception. If your kids are listed but you'd like to find a local sitter in the area, we'd be happy to help!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

I see this is a day-time party. Will there be a meal served?

Answer

Yes - please come hungry! And thirsty, of course :) There isn't a plated meal served, but there will be passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet meal as well. Consider it a "late lunch".
