Rooms rates should be $289 for the night of 8/31 and $219 for the night of 9/1 ($254 avg. if booking both nights) - please reach out to us if the price you see is something other than this. Alternatively, guests can call the hotel directly at 845-896-7100 and book by referencing the group name, "Basileo & Battistelli Wedding". There are many other hotel options in the immediate surroundings. If you would prefer to stay at a different hotel, please make sure to select one that is within walking distance of the Hilton Garden Inn if you intend to make use of our shuttle service. Shuttle

Shuttle Service: Beacon/Fishkill to & from Venue

September 1, 2024 2:30 pm - 11:15 pm

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttles will NOT run continuously - shuttles will drop guests off at the wedding venue at approximately 4pm and will depart the venue, at the end of the reception, after 10pm. Stops will include Beacon Metro North Railroad Station, the hotel block (Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie/Fishkill), and the venue (FEAST at Round Hill). Guests using the shuttle service to/from Beacon MTNR Station should plan to take Bus #1, which will be the first bus to depart the venue at the end of the reception.
