FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to the mother of the bride, Denise, at 810-434-6191.
Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off and request that no children under 13 are present at the reception.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

We request guests dress in Cocktail or Garden attire, but we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose! Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Garden Attire: floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.

Question

Are you taking COVID precatutions?

Answer

Absolutely! If you didn't know, the bride has her Master's Degree in Public Health & Epidemiology, so you can be sure that we will be taking the health and safety of our guests very seriously. Though our venue is a large outdoor space, we request that all guests wear a mask during the ceremony and during times where social distancing isn't possible. We also request that if you are feeling ill, experiencing symptoms, or are notified that you've been in contact with someone who is COVID-positive that you celebrate with us virtually.

Question

How do I attend virtually?

Answer

We will be live streaming our ceremony on Zoom for those who cannot physically attend but still want to celebrate with us. The virtual event can be found under the "schedule" section of this website.
