As of August 20th, here are Chicago’s requirements: Who has to wear a mask? All residents age 2 and older, regardless of a person’s COVID vaccination status. Where are masks mandated? -In all indoor public settings, including in bars, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, private clubs and in common areas of condo and multi-residential buildings. -On public transportation -In health care settings -In schools -In correctional and congregate settings Masking remains optional in outdoor settings.
At this time, Illinois is not requiring all guests to be vaccinated for large events.
We love children - we really do, but the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be for attendees that are at a minimum, 14 years old.
Men Standard Black Tie = A Tuxedo (If you do not have a Tuxedo, a dark suit and tie will be fine!) Women Standard Black Tie = Floor Length Gown
Not at all! With Uber and public transportation, it is very easy to get around Chicago. Parking is actually rather expensive in the heart of the city, so we advise those that are flying in to not rent a car. We will be providing transportation, to and from the Wedding Venue for guests staying at the Host Hotel. If you're not staying at the Host Hotel, we recommend staying at an Airbnb or Hotel in "South Loop". This way you can easily join everyone at the Host Hotel, and take the provided shuttles.
Please note any food allergies when sending in your R.S.V.P. responses.
