We have a room block reserved at Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder for July 1, 2022 through July 3, 2022. We blocked off 10 rooms for Friday, July 1st and 20 rooms for Saturday, July 2nd. We didn’t block off any rooms for July 3rd, but if you wish and if there is availability, you can book at the group rate for the 3rd as well. The group rate is $249/night. These rooms have king size beds with a pull-out couch. Please book your room ASAP using the following website address to secure the group rate. www.my-event.hilton.com/batchelor-deladewedding2022/ The hotel has a daily complimentary breakfast buffet (6:30-9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00-10:30 AM on weekends) and evening reception (5:00-6:30 PM) with beer and wine! The hotel is a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue, 5 minutes from Pearl Street, and a short walk to many restaurants and shopping at the 29th Street Mall. Self-parking is available for $15 per night.

Green Ride Shuttle

If you’re staying at the Hilton Embassy Suites hotel, there will be a shuttle available to take you to and from the wedding venue. On 7/2 Green Ride will pick up at 5:15 pm behind Embassy Suites in the alley (go out the back entrance by the bar). After the wedding reception, they will pick up at the venue at 11:20pm, drop people off at Pearl Street, followed by the hotel. This shuttle only has enough space for the people staying at the hotel. Please plan to Lyft/Uber to Pearl street if you do not have a hotel room at Embassy Suites!
