Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive ~30 minutes prior to the ceremony. There will be light refreshments for you to enjoy as you get settled.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. Any plus ones are addressed on your Save the Date and Invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for the wedding ceremony and reception. We ask that you please avoid colors typically reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, and creams).

What should I do if I am unable to attend?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know and RSVP "No" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at two local hotels: SpringHill Suits by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton and Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester, both located 15 minutes from the venue. Please see the "Travel" tab of our website for booking information and room rates.

Is there parking for the Wedding?

Answer

Parking is available in the Welkinweir visitor lot; a shuttle will provide transportation from the lot to the front door of the venue. There is a short, walkable path from the visitor lot to the venue if you would prefer to walk. You are allowed to leave your car overnight if need be, however, they must be picked up between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We have reserved a Krapf Transportation Group bus (school bus) that will be available to transport a limited number of guests from the shared hotel parking lot to the venue and back. There will be a single guest trip prior to the ceremony (departing the hotel lot at approximately 4:15pm) and two guest trips from the venue parking lot to the hotel at the end of the evening (trips departing at 9:15pm and 10:00pm). All trips are first come, first serve.
