Ceremony and Reception

Cocktail Attire
Please plan to arrive ~30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Parking is available in the Welkinweir visitor lot (shortly past venue on the left); a shuttle will provide transportation from the lot to the front door of the venue. There is a short, walkable path from the visitor lot to the venue if you would prefer to walk! The ceremony and cocktail hour of the wedding will take place in the gardens (weather permitting). Please be aware that the ground will be uneven and at places, rocky; please choose your shoes accordingly. Ladies, opt for block heels, wedges, or flats so you don't sink into the grass! There will be passed and plated appetizers during cocktail hour and several styles of food stations for dinner. We anticipate there will be something for everyone, but please let us know if you have specific dietary restrictions.

Ditch the heels and jackets for whatever you are comfortable in and join us at the Hilton Garden Inn bar. This will be a cash bar; no outside liquor until the bar closes.
