Summer dressy casual. He could wear: -Summer Suit and tie -Blazer and slacks She could wear: -Cocktail dress -Long summer dress -Dressy skirt and top ***reception will be outdoors on grass -- wear stilettos at your own risk ;) ***

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The prelude will begin at 3:00pm, so please arrive and be seated before then. [If you are staying at the Marriott Spring Hill Suites Downtown, there will be a trolley and bus for transportation to and from the ceremony and reception]

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation envelope says your name + guest, then feel free to bring someone. If not, we would prefer to just have you there! Feel free to contact us if you think a mistake has been made.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, if you have a food allergy, please make note of that when you RSVP online or when you call/email us. There is a spot for that!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! A trolley or bus will be traveling every 20 minutes to and from each location (hotel, ceremony, reception, and back to hotel). The ceremony and reception areas have extremely limited parking and we have already rented these modes of transportation for you so we hope you will take advantage of them!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! At 9:30am on June 1 (the day of the wedding) the Father of the Bride, Lee Reussner, will be taking any and all guests on a short walking tour of Old West Lawrence and Downtown Lawrence to learn a little more about the area and hear about the infamous Quantrill's Raid! Please stay tuned - more details to come.
