Flight
For guests flying to the region, we recommend using BWI (Baltimore-Washington International) as a 1st option and DCA (Reagan National) as a 2nd option. The 3rd option in the greater D.C. area (IAD-Dulles) is not recommended due to its distance from Tilghman Island.
Rental Car
For guests flying to the region, Tilghman Island is about 80-90 miles from both BWI and DCA airports, so we recommend renting a car for ease of travel. There are no rideshares or taxis in Tilghman Island and limited reliability in nearby St. Michaels. The rental car will also allow you to explore and enjoy all that Maryland's Eastern Shore has to offer while you're visiting!
Travel Note
