The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. We highly encourage arriving by 5:00pm to park and be seated by 5:15pm for an on-time start.

Children At The Wedding:

While we love your children, our ceremony, and reception are going to be adults only events (18 and older, except for the children in the wedding party). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Attire:

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Ladies: Formal attire is appropriate (long dresses preferred). Gentlemen: Black tie is appropriate (tuxedos/dark suits and ties preferred). Please, no light colors.

Parking & Transportation:

We are providing busses from hotel Avalon to the venue day of. They will leave around 3:30pm. If you plan to take the bus there, please be at the hotel no later than 3pm Saturday! If you are not taking the busses, the venue has parking available! We do not encourage overnight parking.

Food: Appetizers and dinner will be provided for all guests. Beverage: Our bar will be stocked with two speciality cocktails, traditional wine, beer and seltzers.
