The busses leave from Hotel Avalon at 3:30pm so please be there at 3pm to load onto the bus. Avalon has parking for those who are riding the bus and not staying at the hotel! Busses will leave after send off! If you RSVP’d yes to ride on the bus, your name plate at your seat for dinner will tell you which bus you are on for the ride home!

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm, cocktail hour at 6pm, and the reception starts at 7pm. If you are driving, plan to arrive by 5:00 to be parked and seated with time to spare. We are so excited to spend the evening with you!
