Our recommended route from Ceremony to Reception ALWAYS includes a trip past City Hall!
We go for weekend walks around city hall & center city whenever we can! It's one of our favorite places to wear out ourselves & Grim when we don't have other plans.
Add it to your route: Philadelphia Art Museum!
We usually start our weekend walks here, and absolutely recommend adding it to your drive to the reception! If you'll be in town the following day, we can't recommend a trip to the art museum enough!
Jim's South St.
Our top pick for cheesesteaks. While they have been closed recently due to a tragic fire, we are hoping they will be open in time for post-wedding steaks! Lexi's order: American & Onions, with a Doc Brown's Cream Soda Nate's order: American & Mushroom (so he can share with Grim), with a Doc Brown's Cream Soda
Famous 4th Street Delicatessen
For the meat-enthusiasts in our life - we cannot recommend 4th Street Deli enough. Please, please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and check out their site for pictures of the most monstrous sandwiches you've ever seen. Great for brunch & lunch!
Tsaocaa Manayunk
SOMEONE in the couple is addicted to bubble tea, and this is her favorite spot! We recommend this quick stop for amazing beverages and fantastic chicken on your way out of the city. An added bonus - Nate and Lexi live in Manayunk! A quick drive on Main Street, and you'll understand why we're so obsessed with our neighborhood.
Atomic City Comics
For all you nerds, this is our favorite comic book shop! Stop in and browse the honestly INSANE selection of comics and trinkets they offer.
Philadelphia Zoo
If you'll be in town on Sunday, we recommend a trip to America's first zoo!
