Question

How do I book my room?

Answer

Book your room by visiting our booking website with Apple Vacations. The link can be found here: http://book.applevacations.com/Search/promodefault.aspx?vendor=APV&promocode=CGAVDWFINCHAM&plcode=AVCDGRP1&gssourcecode=groups Like any travel search engine, you will select your travel dates, room category, enter your name and information, submit a $100 per person deposit to hold your room on our booking. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit has been submitted. You can also use this website to purchase travel insurance and add flights if desired.

Is airfare included?

Answer

Airfare is not included in the rates and must be purchased separately. We are fortunate enough to be loved by people all over the states, so we could not get a group airfare option. To book flights, we recommend working with Apple Vacations directly, or booking through a travel site such as Hopper or Expedia.

Who is the Guest Service Team?

Answer

Your new BFFs! This is a team of dedicated travel coordinators who are there to answer any questions you may have. They can help you book your room, your flight, answer resort questions, and provide you with recommendations. You can reach them by email at WGTService@applelg.net or by call 833-239-6315 during their business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday EST.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, people, we are leaving the country! You will need a passport to depart from and arrive back in the US, so DO NOT forget it - it happens more than you'd think.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Let's call it "Tropical Formal". We know no one can break it down in the sand with a pair of stiletto's on, so dress to be comfy and still formal. Dresses, flip flops, button down shirts, etc.

When is my payment due?

Answer

To book your room you will need to submit a $100 per person deposit. After that, you can pay as frequently or infrequently as you would like until the final payment date. Please see below for important deadlines: Booking Deadline: 8/6/2021 Add Insurance (optional, but recommended): Must be added at the time of booking, or within 7 days of making your reservation. Final Payment: 9/6/2021 Flight Information Due: 11/12/2021

4 night stay: Single Occupancy: $1060.73 total Double Occupancy: $706.09 per person, total Triple Occupancy: $697.55 per person, total 7 night stay: Single Occupancy: $1770.03 total Double Occupancy: $1149.41 per person, total Triple Occupancy: $1134.46 per person, total

Can I upgrade my room category?

Answer

We have blocked off 29 of the Junior Suite Tropical View Rooms for our guest to make it most cost effective. You are welcome to upgrade your rooms on an individual basis with the Guest Service Team if desired at the current rates and availability of the resort?
