Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the Valley Garden Center near downtown Phoenix. The reception will remain at the Valley Garden Center. The address for the Valley Garden Center is 1809 N 15th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. Guest are welcome to start arriving at 2:30pm.

Is there parking available near the Valley Garden Center?
Answer
There is a private parking lot out front of the Valley Garden Center for guests to utilize.
Question
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
Answer
Guests can RSVP by mailing back the provided RSVP mailer or through our wedding website.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by Friday, January 10, 2020 so we can finalize the last minute details to make this a day to remember.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
We have not reserved a block of hotel rooms. Downtown Phoenix offers many different hotel stay options for any budget. Please view our Travel page for a selection of hotels reasonably priced and within a close proximity to the Valley Garden Center. For large groups traveling together we recommend booking a house through Air BnB or VRBO. PS - The hotels listed on the Travel page are within 2 miles from the venue location and would be a cheap Uber or Lyft ride away.

Are there any local places you’d recommend I visit while I’m in town?
Answer
Our Things to Do page list many great Phoenix local eateries and attractions that our family enjoys.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We would love to have everyone attend. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guest due to the limited space available. Invitations are addressed accordingly. As RSVP's are received there may be seats available, so please feel free to ask after Friday, January 17, 2020.

Will the wedding festivities be held indoor or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors under the Giant Mesquite tree. The reception seating will be indoors, but guests are free to move about indoor and outdoors through the garden.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will be serving Mexican food at the reception. Please let us know if there are any allergy concerns.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
The average temperature in Phoenix, Arizona during the day in February is in the 70's. At night the temperature can drop to the 50's so we would recommend a coat for mingling outdoors in the garden.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Absolutely! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #LeapWithTheDans so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

During Cocktail Hour, will there be an open bar or cash bar?
Answer
Great Question! There will be an open bar provided all evening. Please remember to tip your friendly bartender because with the group that we have, they will be working hard.
