We are getting married!

Daryl and LeAnn met in June of 2017 at a gathering of mutual friends in Denver, CO prior to a Widespread Panic show in Redrocks. Daryl’s larger than life energy immediately caught LeAnn’s attention and her fancy dancing pants caught his. At the time, LeAnn lived in Santa Cruz, CA and Daryl was living in Columbus, OH. After a facebook post by Daryl that led LeAnn to comment, “I hear he is getting married” Daryl decided to lovelingly pursue her. He made a promise to her that they would see each other every 2-3 weeks and it was a promise that he kept. They traveled to each others homes, “met in the middle” in Cabo San Lucas and continued to see Widespread Panic in Milwakee, Atlanta, and Cancun for Playa 7. After a kiss that rocked her world they made the decision that LeAnn would move to Ohio. With her life in route in June of 2018, LeAnn received word of Daryl’s medical emergency. Without hesitation, she rushed to be by his side and has never waivered. What a love story!

LeAnn planned an intimate surprise weekend and dinner to celebrate Daryl’s birthday. Unbeknownst to LeAnn, Daryl had planned his very own surprise! On a beautiful sunny, August evening at the Muirfield Village Golf Club. Surrounded by willow trees, rose petals and candles, with their favorite tune playing in the background, Daryl got down on one knee and proposed to his souly. She, of course, said YES!! His everything. And beyond.
