This is our primary hotel block, starting with 10 rooms, but will expand to meet demand until capacity is reached. There will be transportation provided at Holiday Inn, departing the hotel at 3:30 p.m. and bringing guests back to the hotel at 10:30 p.m. Hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn are priced at $209.00 per night after the block discount. The "View" link below will take you to rooms in our block and automatically enter our room block code (SLW) into the Rate Preference for you to get this preferred rate. Two night minimum is not enforced, but still be sure to contact the hotel and/or us for early check-in if you plan on checking in the day of the wedding. Anything not booked by May 5th will become available to the general public.

The Tru is further away from the venue (a couple highway exits) and the block consists of 10 single king bed rooms at $174.00 per night, and 10 two queen bed rooms at $184.00 per night. Please coordinate with family & friends for the double rooms as much as possible. If no rooms outside of the block are available here, please check if there are still rooms available at the Holiday Inn as we have a block there as well. Feel free to consider the other hotels in the area. Keep in mind that to use the block you must plan on staying the night of June 16th and June 17th. Any rooms not booked by May 16th will become available to the general public.
