Is the ceremony outside or inside?

Answer

If New England weather is in our favor, the ceremony will be held outside. If the forecast calls for rain, we will move the ceremony inside the barn.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot on site at the venue. There are 68 parking spots available for anyone who wishes to drive to and from the venue, please carpool as much as possible. We have arranged transportation for guests at the Tru by Hilton, please see the details on the Hotels & Wedding Blocks page for more details and things to consider about transportation.

Can we leave cars there overnight?

Answer

Yes, you can leave cars in the parking lot overnight. The cars must be picked up by 9:00 a.m. the following morning.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome however please keep in mind that the reception will have alcohol and loud music.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you cannot make it, please RSVP “Will not attend.” You will be missed though!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is allowed in designated areas. Please discard cigarettes in designated receptacles.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony site and reception hall are wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking is also available to those who need it.

How do we pay for our drinks?

Answer

The bar accepts cash and debit/credit cards, and we are still exploring the option of at least a temporary open bar.

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

Our reception is being catered by Great Events Catering. This is the catering company of Fratello's Italian Grille and the Homestead Restaurants. This will be a buffet style meal with different food options.

Will there be any vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes, Butternut Squash Ravioli will be served as a vegetarian entree.
