Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones/teens, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list based on the venue's limitations. If your invitation says "and guest" you may bring a date. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your save the date and invitation. Please feel free to email us with any questions!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We will be pushing back the deadline to RSVP to April 1, 2021. Guests will need to RSVP online on our wedding website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black tie.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! US citizens must have a valid US passport to enter Mexico. Please make sure to renew your passport if it is set to expire within 6 months of the wedding date. We recommend checking this ASAP as passport renewals are taking longer than usual (4-6 months) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Do I need a COVID test done prior to re-entering the USA?

Answer

The US requires every person entering the country to present a negative COVID test taken within 3 calendar days of departure to re-enter the country. If you have had COVID recently, you will need proof of recovery within the last 90 days.

Where can I get a COVID test in San Miguel de Allende?

Answer

Most hotels and airbnbs will set this up for you. We recommend touching base with the front desk on the day of or prior to your arrival to schedule this. If you are staying at an airbnb, we recommend reaching out to the host prior to your arrival as well.
