Dress to impress but keep it comfortable – think anywhere from cocktail attire to smart casual. We know you’ll be tight on luggage space, so prioritize what works for you. Wedding Ceremony & Reception

The dress code for the day of the wedding is formal. For gentlemen, we recommend wearing a tuxedo or a dark suit paired with a tie. Ladies may choose to wear a formal, long, or tea-length dress. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration in style!
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Two shuttles will be waiting to take all guests to the venue from the corner where the InterContinental Hotel meets Allees de Tourny. The shuttles will leave promptly at 2:15pm, so please allow plenty of time to reach the pick-up location. If you miss the shuttle, you can taxi or Uber to Chateau Gassies (please only use this method as a back up plan!) For your convenience, use the link to map to the exact shuttle pick-up spot. QR codes will also be available to scan at the welcome party for easy access to directions.

The Day After

Casual attire.
Weather permitting, guests will be able to enjoy the pool, basketball court and tennis court. Pack accordingly! Lunch and drinks will be served. Two shuttles will pick up all guests from the pick up location (same location as Saturday) promptly at 12pm. A bus will rotate starting around 2pm bringing guests from the venue back into Bordeaux through the afternoon on an hourly cadence. Last bus will depart from Chateau at 5pm.
