Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our reception has been postponed to October 17, 2021. Love is patient, however, WE ARE NOT! That being said, we will be moving forward with our ceremony on October 3, 2020. Kiernan and Lauren met at the greatest place in the world, UMass Amherst. Lauren was a Kappa and Kiernan was a Pike, it was a match made in Natty Lights and Rubinoff. They had seen each other around at a few parties, but had never formally been acquainted. Their friends, noticing the similiarites between the two, suggested that they go to Spring Formal together. After skiing over a steel stair case that appeared out of nowhere, Kiernan crutched his way to the Kappa sorority house with flowers to ask Lauren to Spring Formal and Lauren said yes. After their three hour first date at Mission Cantina and a large plate of enchiladas, the rest was history...

Kiernan took Lauren for a weekend get away in the White Mountains. After a few pre-dinner drinks at the Mount Washington Hotel, Kiernan and Lauren braved the brisk 7 degree night and went for a walk on the hotel's balcony where Kiernan got down on one knee to propose to Lauren. She said yes, and the two celebrated the night away.
