Our ceremony will be at Silver Oaks Chateau which is located between Pacific and Wildwood, Missouri! This about 30 minutes west of the Saint Louis metro area. Cocktail hour will immediately follow our ceremony, and the reception will follow that all at the Silver Oaks venue.
We are planning on our ceremony being outdoor unless there is severe weather. We want everyone to be comfortable so if needed, please dress for the weather! There are coat closets to store any coats or jackets after the ceremony.
We are providing shuttle transportation from the Wildwood Hotel to the venue and back! The first shuttles will be at the Wildwood Hotel at 3:30pm to board and leave around 3:45/3:50pm to Silver Oaks. We will have a continuous shuttle running between the venue and hotel all night with the last scheduled pick ups at 10:30pm and 11pm. The final shuttle will leave Silver Oaks Chateau at 11pm.
Yes! If you choose to not use transportation provided from the Wildwood Hotel, you are absolutely welcome to park at the Silver Oaks Chateau venue. There is plenty of parking available. We asks guests to please make sure they have a responsible way home, we want all of our loved ones to stay safe!
Although we'd love to invite everyone to our wedding, due to capacity restrictions we are having our wedding be an adults only affair, unless marked otherwise on your invitation! Thank you for understanding!
Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm, we ask that no one arrive before 4pm so we have time to get settled. Please arrive before 4:20pm at the latest so we can start promptly.
