In an effort to keep our big day as intimate as possible, we have noted all invited guests on your invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adult-only events. For those of you traveling with kids, please know that they are welcome to join us for the welcome drinks and pool party! The JW Marriott has a lot of kid-friendly amenities/activities too. If you need a local babysitter, this company comes highly recommended by our wedding planners: https://bajababysitting.com/. Specific questions can be sent to: diana@bajababysitting.com.
March is the perfect time to be in Los Cabos! The average temperature is a high of 84° and low of 63°. Keep in mind that Cabo is technically a desert and it will get chilly at night. We recommend bringing a layer (especially if you got a little too much sun earlier in the day). I cannot say this enough: THE SUN IS DECEPTIVELY STRONG. Please, please reapply your sunscreen every 20 minutes, get a pool chair with an umbrella, and drinks lots of water.
Our wedding ceremony will be fully outdoors. Fun fact: the annual rainfall in Cabo is less than seven inches, and most of that comes down in 3 storms (not during this time of year).
Please see our Schedule section for the dress code.
We'll be on grass and gravel for portions of the party so we recommend wearing whatever you'll feel most comfortable in on those surfaces. Ladies, I'd recommend a block heel or wedge.
If you are renting a car and taking advantage of our room block at the JW Marriott, parking is complimentary. Parking around Los Cabos is very easy to find. There is very limited parking at Flora Farms and we STRONGLY recommend that you take our pre-booked shuttles (see the schedule for more information). If you cannot make the shuttle for any reason, please plan to take a taxi and be mindful of the schedule.
Yes! If you have any concerns please feel free to reach out to Lauren via text or email.
We'll be having an "unplugged" ceremony and ask that you leave the pictures to the professionals for that portion of the evening. Otherwise, go for it, and please send your pictures to us so we can continue to re-live the party from all angles! Google Photo Album Link: photos.app.goo.gl/t3tMa3YwTcStDuQLA
We recommend having pesos available for quick purchases and taxis. Los Cabos is very amenable to travelers - and some places even take USD - but it's best to be prepared. Pretty much everywhere accepts credit cards. Travel hack: if you are asked if you want to pay in MXN or USD when using a credit card, it is best to choose MXN to avoid your credit card company choosing the conversion rate for you (it also avoids other fees).
Please feel free to call or email us anytime and we'll continue to update this section as we go!
