You can take the Metro North's (EAST) Harlem line to the KATONAH station which is less than 15 minutes from the venue. A ride from Grand Central to Katonah is ~70 minutes. A ride from White Plains to Katonah is ~30 minutes. YES, Katonah is still Westchester, you're not that north. Taxis should be available.
Flight
Any of the major NYC airports are fine and are about 1 hour away from the venue. Add an additional 25 minutes from the mentioned hotel.
