Unfortunately friend...we will not have food for you. But...think of it as a picnic! If you plan to join us from your car, maybe pack some snacks for the road? We might have a little something as you pull in, but it won't be a meal.
We made the difficult decision to cancel our big barn wedding because we didn't know what this pandemic would bring in October (our original wedding month). Our new plan is drive-in ceremony this year, and plan the big reception for our one year anniversary. We promise, we'll feed you then!
We will also live-stream our event. We'll circulate those details closer to the event date. BUT we still prefer to see your beautiful faces in person!
Since we don't know what the health of our state will be, we're inviting our guests to stay put in their car, or if you want to get out and come closer that's up to you. We will not have any formal seating set up. This is also just a ceremony for now (no reception afterward), so it will be short and sweet. We thought it'd be silly if we asked you to dress to nines for just an hour or so.
We will set up mics and speakers, but if you still can't hear we encourage you to tune into the live stream from your mobile devices. We will circulate details to access the live stream closer to the event date.
We will stand at the bottom of the driveway as you're leaving, at which time you can give us all of your well-wishes and kisses (but only if you're COVID-free of course).
Yes!
Yes! This is a puppy-friendly ceremony :)
