We have reserved the entire hotel for our wedding from March 8 (Saturday) to March 11 (Tuesday). Rooms will be $112 per night which includes taxes. To make a reservation: Email gm@apreswhitefish.com - subject 'Quinlan Wedding' *Your name *Arrival and departure dates *Your phone number Once the GM, Jayne, receives your info she will call for credit card information and you will receive a confirmation email. *Any dates you'd like to add on before or after the wedding will be charged the same price of $112*

From Apres Hotel to Blacktail Mountain Ski Area
March 10, 2025 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
We will have 2 school busses leaving the Apres hotel the morning of our wedding to bring everyone to and from the ski resort. A bus will return sometime in the afternoon for those who would like to return to Whitefish a bit earlier than the rest. The remaining busses will return to Whitefish at the end of the day.

Glacier International Airport (FCA)
FCA is our local airport that flies into Kalispell, only about 15 min away from Whitefish. Rental cars are available. Ubers are sparse, especially if you're coming in late, so plan ahead or let us know if you need a ride.

Missoula is about 2 hours south of Whitefish but can have good deals.
