For fully vaccinated travelers on domestic flights no test is required to enter Puerto Rico! If you are a United States citizen, you do NOT need a passport to go to Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is part of the United States so all you need is the same identification you use to fly anywhere else in the country.
Your cell phones should work in Puerto Rico on your normal Domestic Plan. However, please check with your carrier before you go to make sure!
The weather should be in the 70's-80's. February is claimed as the best month weather-wise to visit the island!
Uber is available throughout San Juan, they are quick and inexpensive. If you plan to check out sites outside of San Juan, it might be worth it to reserve a rental. Either way, you'll easily be able to get where you need to go!
Welcome Party is cocktail attire! Wedding attire is formal! Both events are "semi" outside on paved areas, block heels or wedges are encouraged for ladies.
