How do I get to the venue?

From Fort Worth Metroplex : (Take I-20 traveling EAST, EXIT US-287 traveling SOUTH, EXIT TX FM813 (Oak Grove Road) toward BROWN STREET, TURN LEFT onto BROWN STREET, TURN LEFT onto BELLS CHAPEL ROAD. The venue will be on your LEFT. Enter through the front entrance gate and follow the paved entrance towards the LEFT far parking lot. Please follow the signage for parking.) What time can I start arriving for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

All guests may begin to arrive as early as 3PM. Again, the wedding will start promptly at 4PM.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Please note our wedding day is July 19, 2024, therefore it will be in the middle of the Summertime in Texas. This means it will be hot and sunny outside.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There will be a 2 Part RSVP. Please follow the instructions thoroughly. Step 1: Fill out the Google Form in its entirety. Step 2 : Once you receive a text or email with a link to our website information, click on the RSVP tab and please complete your RSVP here with the primary name you used in the Google Form.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Both parts of the RSVP process must be completed by MAY 31st because we will be finalizing our guest list. Again, please be sure that you fill out you Google Form will all the names and ages of people within your party so they can be accounted for.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

Yes, children are allowed to attend our wedding. We just ask that you would please include their names in your RSVP form.

Is the wedding unplugged?

Answer

No, our wedding is NOT an unplugged event. Please feel free to record and take pictures. All we ask is that if you post any pictures or videos from the wedding, please use our hashtag so that we can have more memories of our special day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There will be no set “dress code” but please come dressed in semi-formal attire. Also, please dress comfortably with the weather in mind.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception take place indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our plan is to have our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, with the wedding reception indoors. As we all know, Texas weather is very bi-polar lol. Also, as we noticed the year of 2023, during the July Summer, we saw temperatures that were in the triple digits for several consecutive days. Please note, if the heat is too unbearable as the Summer of 2023, the wedding and cocktail hour will be indoors. Also, if for any reason the weather is bad (ex. Rain) we will also move the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour inside.

Will there be food served?

Answer

Yes, food will be served at the beginning of the reception, after the special dances have been completed.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be alcoholic beverages for guests that are 21 years of age and up. Please note that the bar will remain closed until everyone has gotten their dinner for the evening.

Where can I park on the venue property?

Answer

There is a huge parking lot to the far left of the venue. Do NOT Park in spaces close to venue building, these are left open for vendors only. Please follow signage for parking or the paved entrance to the left of the venue. Please note: THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF VENUE IS NOT THE SAME. PLEASE FOLLOW PROPER SIGNS TO AVOID COLLISION.

Are you using a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, we will be using a gift registry. Please see our gift registry tab on our website.

Can we bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, since we will not be having a wedding shower, we ask that everyone please bring all gifts for the bride and groom to the wedding. All gifts will be set up on a designated table. Please include your name and mailing address on the gift (preferably inside a card) so that we can send you a special thank you.

Will you need any assistance during or after the wedding event?

Answer

We ask that everyone make sure to clean up after themselves. If any other assistance is needed, please see hostess or Paparazzi Glam representatives.

Will you be changing your name?

Answer

Yes, the Bride will be changing her name from Summer Alysia Jenkins to Summer Alysia Hunt.
